10. Business
Calendar
This menu displays the calendar. You can select
Day view, Week view or Month view. You can
create new appointments, view appointments list,
delete or modify appointments in the calendar. The
calendar stores the alarm date and time of every
event. If the current date and time correspond with
the date and time of the event, the phone will emit
an alarm (if needed), and the screen will display a
prompt to indicate that a new event has arrived.
You can create a maximum of 30 events. The list
will display part of the contents. Once you have
selected an event, you can press

to view the
detailed information.

to access the options menu.
2. The options include: View Week, New event, Go
to date, Advanced.
New event
The list of events will be displayed. When you add
a new event, you need to enter the corresponding
information of the event, such as subject, location,
start date, start time, end date, end time, reminder
and repeat method.
If the memory space for events is full, the phone
will prompt you that there is no more space.
When editing date and time, the phone will
display the default or the selected date and
time. You can edit or confirm them directly.
The maximum length of an event is 40
characters.
Reminder
No reminder, On time, 5 min. before, 15 min. before, 1
hour before, 1 day before and other (the reminder
time can be set by you).
Repeat method
The phone provides the following repeat methods:
Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually.
When you change the date and time of your
phone, the next alert will be repeated based on
the modified date and time of the phone.
When you switched off the phone, the organizer
alert will be postponed until the next time you
