You can use this function to browse the
Internet. Consult your network operator for
the service subscription, data account
information, and WAP settings.
Manage your browser
In Browser > Settings,
WAP profiles: Define or select your Internet
access settings.
Clear cache, Clear history: Clear the cache and
history of the browser.
Options: Allows you to define Show images, Exit info
or Enable cookies.
Access web sites
Before accessing web sites, go to Settings >
Connectivity > Connections > GPRS profiles. Check
that you Check that the access point
name(APN) is set to that of a WAP access point
(like the "cmwap" for China Mobile users).
Contact your operator for details.
You can access a web site in different ways:
Homepage: Save a web page as your homepage.
Bookmarks: Save a website as a bookmark. In this
way, you save and quickly access your favorite
websites.
Enter address: Enter a web site address.
History: Access a web site you visited before.
Enable/disable push messages
WAP push messages are specially formatted
SMS messages that contain a URL. With such a
URL, you can connect to a web site address
through the WAP browser of your phone.
Go to Browser > Push inbox to check your push
messages.
To enable or disable the function, go to Settings
> Connectivity > Browser > Push messages.
