3. Check whether your terminal is in TMO mode.
Unable to make a call
1. Please check the signal strength and see whether
your terminal is within the network coverage.
2. Check whether the called party is within the network
coverage.
Unable to call or receive from a
specific group.
1 Check whether your terminal is a member of the
target group.
2 Check whether your terminal is authorized to access
the target group.
Unable to make a call in DMO
mode
1. The called party is out of coverage.
2. The called party is not in DMO mode.
Half duplex transmission is
terminated.
Overlong time of transmission makes the timer time out.
Normal call is interrupted.
Check whether a terminal is making a pre-emptive priority
call or emergency call.
For the same status message,
the content displayed at the
sending party and at the
receiving party varies.
Please check whether both parties have assigned the
same content for this status message ID.
Abnormal disconnection during
a call
1. Check the signal strength in TMO mode.
2. Check whether you are in a place where the signals
can be shielded (such as basement and tunnel) and
whether the other party is out of coverage.
3. Check the battery strength.
