Safety and Compliance
1. Data Storage and Usage
When using mobile App, products, or other
software provided by WALNUTT
™
, data regarding
the use and operations of the product, such as ride
data (e.g. speed, slope, mileage, and information
about the sensor modules) and operation records,
may be automatically or manually uploaded
to and maintained on a WALNUTT
™
designated
server. The internal storage of the product stores
various types of data, including ride data.
The information that is automatically uploaded or
manually uploaded to the server does not include
the personal data (i.e. your name, address, email,
or other information that specifically identified
you). However, the personal data, such as your
user name, may become associated with, used to
identify, or tagged to such uploaded information
when it is stored. By using this product, the mobile
app or other software distributed, or by providing
data to the server, you consent to the following:
The storage of any ride data and other data
uploaded or provided to use, including in
combination with your user name;
The use of any such data uploaded or provided
(including your user name) in connection
providing support and services to you and to
improve WALMNUTT
™
products;
The disclosure of such data uploaded or provided
(including your user name) to the agents and/
or contractors who may use it on behalf of
WALNUTT
™
or in connection with their relationship
with WALNUTT
™
;
The disclosure of such uploaded or provided data
(including your user name) as required by law,
in a matter of public safety or policy, as needed
in connection with the transfer of WALNUTT
™
business assets, or if it is believed in good faith
that sharing the data is necessary to protect the
rights or property of WALNUTT
™
.
2. Testing
The SPECTRA's safety has been authenticated by
testing in qualified laboratories, such as electrical
testing, EMC testing, mechanical testing, radio
equipment testing and environmental testing, etc.
Travel Notice
To avoid fire, serious injury, and property damage,
please observe the following rules:
• Before carrying the SPECTRA
™
X on an airline
flight. The battery level must remain under 5%.
• Store the SPECTRA
™
X in a ventilated, dry and
cool location.
Although the SPECTRA
™
X and its battery have air
transport certificate to authenticate their safety,
you are still recommended to consult the airline of
your flight in advance, especially the international
flight, as the regulations of airlines may differ in
specific flights, periods or context.
3. Certificates
The SPECTRA
™
X, as well as the battery, possesses
certificates of major safety standards, including
CE and FCC, etc. Their chemical compositions have
also been recognized as safe and harmless in the
light of provisions in RoHS 2.0 and MDSD.
In addition, they also have marine and air
transport safety certificates based on UN38.3.
4. FCC Notice
This device complies with-part 15 of the FCC
Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions:
(1)This device may not cause harmful interference,
and (2)This device must accept any interference
received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
Any changesor modifications not expressly
approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user's authority to operate
equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to
