Q： 音箱不开机？
A： ①请检查音箱是否有电；
②若音箱没电，请充电半小时以上再尝试长按电源键 2 秒开机；
③请检查充电接口是否损坏。
Q: Why can't the wireless speak be turned on?
A: ① please check whether the speaker is powered;
② Please charge it for more than half an hour if the speaker is out of power, then try to
press the power button for 2 seconds;
③ Please check whether the charging port is damaged.
Q： 无法搜索或无法连接？
A： ①检查音箱是否处于正常开机配对状态；（可观察音箱指示灯或提示音）
②检查音箱是否被其他设备连接上，请在其他设备上断开连接，再重新搜索连接；
③将手机蓝牙和音箱关闭重新开启，再尝试连接；
④按照说明书上进行清除配对操作，再重新搜索连接。
Q: Failure to search for the speaker or connect with it?
A: ① check whether the speaker is normal to power on and to pairing.( please check it by
the indicator light or prompt tone)
② Check whether the speaker is connected to other devices. If so, please disconnect
with it and connect with it again;
③ Turn off the BT function and speaker, then turn it on again, then try to connect again;
④ Clear the pairing info followed by the manual, and then search for connection again.
Q： 音箱信号不稳定或者出现断续？
A：①有效连接范围在 10 米内，请缩短音箱与设备的距离；
②请勿在遮挡体较大、金属隔体或较大的干扰源的环境使用；
③检查手机信号及网络情况，是否存在信号不好或网络缓存现象。
Q: Why is the speaker signal unstable or intermittent?
1. A: ① Please keep the connection distance between the speaker and the device
within 10 meters;
② Do not use in the environment with a large shielding body, metal partition or
large interference source;
