开机没反应
Starting up and no response
①采耳棒内置霍尔开关，开盖即开机，请按照正确的
开机方法多尝试几次
Ear cleaning rod is
designed with a built-in Hall
switch.The power is on when the lid is
taken.Please try several more times according to
the correct boot-up method.
②开机后指示灯有蓝色光闪烁，成功连接 WiFi 后蓝
色灯常亮。
After startup, the indicator light flashes blue;
The blue light is always on after WiFi is
successfully connected.
③请保证设备远离强磁环境以免影响霍尔开关的正
常开关机
Please keep away from strong magnetic
environment, so that Hall switch can switch on
and off normally.
确保采耳采耳棒有充足的电量，否则无法开机；电量
不足时,请使用配套的充电线进行充电
Unable to start when the battery is low.Please
use the matching charging cable for charging.
摄像头不亮
Camera does not turn on
①请确保 APP 已经正确连接了采耳棒的 WIFI（WiFi
名称：Beacenov-xxxx）
