Welcome to choose our SkyCube The design and tests of this product can meet the latest revision of China’s information technology equipment safety standards. Please read the following contents carefully to ensure your safety and good experience in using the machine. (1) Transportation may affect our original settings, please rotate the positioning knob to adjust the distance from the nozzle to the platform before using. (2) Please use the machine on a flat and firm surface.

I. Software installation 1. Install the driver (1) Download SkyCube’s installation package (2) Open SkyCube folder, then ‘driver installation’ folder. Double click “dpinst-x86.exe”if your computer is 32 bit, or “dpinst-amd64.exe’ if it’s 64 bit. How to know if it’s 32 bit or 64 bit? (1) Right click the mouse on ‘Computer’, then ‘Property’. (2) Go to ‘System’ to get the answer. (3) Hit ‘next’ (4) If a pop-up like this appears, choose ‘install it anyway’ (5) Hit ‘finish’ to complete the installation. 2.
3. Install the slicing software (1) Hit ‘OK’. (2) Hit ‘Next’. (3) Choose ‘I accept the agreement’, then click ‘Next’.
(4) Choose a folder to install the software, then click ‘next’.
(5) Hit ‘next’. (6) Hit‘next’.
(7) Check ‘Create a desktop icon’, then hit ‘Next’. (8) Click ’Install’ to star.
(9) Hit ‘Finish’. 4. Change printing settings. (1) Click“Config”, then“Printer setting”. (2) Hit“Connection” ① Select ‘COM4’ for Port. ② Change“Baud Rate”value to 115200.
(3) Hit“Printer Shape”, Then revise the settings according to that in the following picture.
II. Printing a model (Need to spread a thin layer of glue on top of the build platform) 1. Connect to computer. Choose ‘connect’. Below interface indicates a successful connection. 2. Load the 3D model into slicing software (1) Choose“Load”. (2) Go to the 3D model file folder, open the file.
3. Change the model dimensions and its position on the platform. Can skip this step is the changes are not needed. (1) Change the dimensions. Option1: 1. Choose ‘scale object’ Choose“Scale to Maximum”to print the model to the maximum size that the printer allows. Option2: can revise the number after X to get the size you need. Click the lock icon to unlock the scale, then you can revise the dimension along a single axis.
(2) Change the model’s position on platform. ① Select ‘Rotate Object’. ② Revise number after X/Y/Z to rotate the model around an axis. The numbers after X/Y/X are for angle degrees, if you change a one to 90, the model will rotate 90 degrees around that angle.

(2) Hit ‘print’ to start printing III. Basic operations (1) Move the model and view angle.
① Right click the mouse and drag to move the model. ② Left click the mouse and drag to change the view point. (2) move the platform and nozzle. ① choose“Manual Control”.
:move nozzle along Z axis :move nozzle along X/Y ① When you move XYZ axis, the outer you put the mouse cursor, the bigger distance it moves, as shown bellow. (3) To operate the extrusion mechanism to feed in or draw back plastic wire. : feed in / draw back : feeding speed and length : length to draw back : length for fast feeding (4) Emergency stop. during printing or manual operations, when in such cases as defective printing or unexpected emergencies, you can push this button to stop operation.
