â– Replace the 6.5inch LCD Display
1. Open the kiosk back door and turn off the main power switch.
2. Unplug the display power cord, DP signal cable and ground line on the drive board in the back side of
display screen and remove the wiring and ground cable on the touch screen drive board.
3. Loosen and remove the stainless-steel flange nut of M4 with the soft hexagon socket (0.28inch
specification) and remove the whole display module from the device.
4. Place the removed LCD display flat on the operating platform, remove the screen cable and backlit
power cord on the back of display, and remove the M3 combination screw on both sides of the display with a
cross screwdriver to remove the LCD display (as shown in the picture below)
