■ Touch Screen Click without Response
▶ It may be caused by the bumpy transportation process, and the signal cable of the touch screen is loose.
Please double check whether the connection between the touch screen and computer is well enough or not.
Whole Kiosk does not Work and Warranty Telephone
▶ Check whether there is electricity in the power supply outlet of kiosk locations.
▶ Check whether the main power switch of kiosk is On or not
Attention：When performing internal inspection or disassembling kiosk parts, it must be ensured that
the power supply is OFF
