3. Loosen and remove the stainless-steel flange nut of M4 with the soft hexagon socket (0.28inch
specification) and remove the whole display module from the device.
4. Place the removed LCD display flat on the operating platform, remove the screen cable and backlit
power cord on the back of display, and remove the M3 combination screw on both sides of the display with a
cross screwdriver to remove the LCD display (as shown in the picture below)
Attention：When removing the LCD display from the device, pay attention to the thin copper wire of the
touch screen. The copper wire is very thin, and the internal wire is very fine, which are easy to break and
damage.
■ Replace 32inch Capacitive Touch Screen
1. Remove the LCD display from the kiosk cabinet according to the screen replacement procedure t as
mentioned above.
2. Crack the capacitive touch screen attached to the screen frame with a hammer and clean the glass
fragments and organic flame-retardant silicone on the screen frame.
3. After cleaning, apply the organic flame-retardant silicone evenly and fully on the border of the LCD
display, and then paste the good touch screen into the border to ensure the surface and border of the touch
screen smooth.
4. The pasted touch screen is fixed with adhesive tape for 12 hours, and the LCD display can be installed
after the organic fire-retardant silicone is completely dried and firm.
