Equipment Common Problems and Failures
■Printer Paper Jam
▶ Turn off the printer power before maintenance, open the back door and pull the printer out.
▶ Push the blue handle of the printer to the inside of the printer, take out the stuck printed paper and tear off the wrinkles of the
stuck paper.
▶ Then pull out the blue handle of the printer and install the printing paper with the printing surface facing up.
■ No Screen Display after Power on and Starting on Computer
(Black Screen)
▶ The interface between the computer and the display screen may be loose, please double check whether the interface
between them is in place or not
▶ The power cord may be loose, please double check whether it is tight enough or not
▶. It may be that the power panel of the display screen is closed, please double check and press the power switch button on the
power panel. If the power indicator light is on, it means the power supply work normally.
■Touch Screen Click without Response
▶ It may be caused by the bumpy transportation process, and the signal cable of the touch screen is loose. Please double check
whether the connection between the touch screen and computer is well enough or not.
