Can't make or answer calls, send or receive messages when the device is under
normal operating conditions.
1 Check if the SIM card is properly installed and recognized.
2 Check if the SIM card arrears down.
3 Check if flight mode is turned on.
4 Restart the device.

The network traffic may be too high during peak hours, and thus can?t make calls.
Please avoid using this device in such period, or wait a moment and try again.
