your eyes;
2.Increase the blinking frequency appropriately to keep your eyes moist when
using the Monitor, and moisten your eyes after long-time use of the Monitor;
3.Take a 20-minute break after two-hour use of the Monitor;
4.Take frequent breaks: keep your eyes away from the Monitor and look at a
distant target for 20 seconds or longer;
5.During the break, stretch to soothe your neck, arms, back and shoulders.
