It’s a bridge between the Concentrator and Meter to transfer the meter’s data. The Repeater comes with an RF module that connects the Repeater via the RS485 interface. The communication Repeater can provide a path for forwarding weak signals, so that the Concentrator can reliably communicate with the Repeater.
