Lights when the HANDSET is in
TALK mode. Blinks and a "beep" sound will be heard when battery power is
low.
Press to answer an incoming call or to place a call. Press
to end a call.
Press to change the dialing mode temporarily from Pulse
to Tone for Rotary Service Users. (Press once before entering numbers to
access the answering system or electronic banking services, etc.)
Press to store phone numbers in memory or to call a
number you have stored previously.
Press to answer an incoming call if you have Call Waiting.
Press to change the operating channel when you
hear interference.
Adjust the volume level.
Press to redial the last number called. Press to
insert a pause while dialing. (You will need the RE/PA button to dial
numbers which use an alternative long distance access code.)
Turn to OFF position to disengage the ringer.

Lights up when the unit is in use.
Lights up when the HANDSET is
placed on the BASE UNIT for charging. We strongly recommend cleaning
of the CHARGE CONTACTS periodically with a damp cloth.
