07/Warranty
Coverage
The warranty is limited to the non-human damage caused quality
problems of the product during the warranty period under valid
operation. The following services will be provided in accordance with
the country’s regulation when receipt and warranty card is presented:
◼ Failure occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase, and the seller
is responsible for free return, replacement or repair.
◼ The seller is responsible for free replacement or repair within 7 to 15
days from the date of purchase.
◼ If failure occurs within 2 year from the date of purchase, the customer
will be provided with free maintenance service during the valid
warranty period.
Exclusion
The following situations, not limited to them, are not covered by
the warranty:
◼ The content on the warranty card is inconsistent with the product or
modified.
◼ Repair, disassemble, misuse, collision cause leak, modification
without authorization, improper use of the product, torn or altered
product label and anti-counterfeiting signs, etc.
