Quick start guide
1. Scan QR Code to download app.
2. Remove the lid and the otoscope will
be power on automatically.
3. Install the earpick firmly on the
otoscope tip when you need to pick your
ear.
4. Connect product WiFi:weiview-xxx.
5. Return to the App then click
“start” to inspect ear.
6. The inside of the ear can be observed
in real time by the App.And the
transparent earpick won’t block your
view.
7.Screen lock is designed to
avoid misoperation of children.
8. Low battery alert.
When the battery is low, the red
light flashes,please charge in time

Notes
1. Please observe the surroundings before use , and don't use the
product while running to avoid impact.
2. Before use , be sure to install a protective pear-picking rod and
fasten the head of the ear-picking rod to protect your ears.
3. This product is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
4. It is prohibited for children to use this product alone to avoid
careless harm.
5. Please store the product in the normal temperature and avoid
direct sunlight to avoid product damage.
6. The APP can not compatible with Samsung S7.
7. When cleaning the lens , please wipe carefully with the
professional alcohol cotton swab provided
8. In order to ensure the best use experience, please keep the child
in a seated position and operate the product horizontally when
picking the ear for the child .

Faults
Solution
No response on startup.
Try the correct boot method a few more
time.
Please charge with a matching charging
cable for 1hour,
Camera doesn't light.
Shutdown and restart the otoscope.
App crashing.
Uninstall the existing APP and rescan
the QR code for installation.
Power indicator light
flashes.
There is not enough electricity.please
use
the the matching charging cable for
charging,
and the charging time is 1 hour.
The product failed to
properly display real-
time images after
successfully
connecting to APP.
Disconnect the phone from the otoscope
WiFi, restart the otoscope, and
reconnect the WiFi.
The WiFi connection is
unstable and sometimes
disconnected in seconds.
Restart the otoscope and reconnect the
App
