Configuration Steps:
Mode: Select AP Mode.
SSID: Modify the SSID (optional). The SSID is the WiFi name you need to connect to for Internet access.
Security Mode: WPA-PSK is recommended.
Cipher Type: AES is recommended.
Security Key: Configure a WiFi password as you like. When your device is connecting to the WiFi, the
WiFi password (security key) will be needed.
Click Save to apply your settings.
WDS Mode
SSID: Display SSID of this device. When multiple SSIDs are selected, the first SSID among remote
devices will be displayed here.
Security Mode: Display security mode of the remote device. In the WDS mode, all devices’ encryption
modes and security keys should be kept the same.
MAC Address: Display the remote device’s MAC address. 4 remote devices are supported in this mode.
The Uplink AP’S Channel: Display channel of the first remote device. In the WDS mode, channels for all
devices should be kept the same.
