Trouble shooting The power supply does not discharge: (1) Check whether the output buttons are activated; (2) Check whether the total output power exceeds the rated output power; (3) Check the battery power indicator to confirm whether the power supply is sufficient; (4) If the device cannot be discharged after it is discharged for longtime, please wait for several hours and try again, it may enter the over-temperature protection.
