1.2 Safety instructions

n If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, contact your

service provider or their outlets to disable the

mobile phone and SIM card. This could prevent

you from financial consequences due to your

phone being lost or stolen.

n As you contact your service provider or their

outlets, you need to inform them of your IMEI

code, which is printed on the label at the back of

your mobile phone and available by removing the

battery. Write down the code and keep it properly

for future use when needed.

n To prevent your mobile phone against

unauthorized use, take precautions such as:

- Set the PIN code for your SIM card, and

change it promptly when it has become

known to others.

- Do not keep your mobile phone at a

conspicuous place when you leave your car.

The best practice is to bring it with you or

have it locked in the trunk compartment.

- Set call barring.
