Galaxy H8951 3G SOHO Router features black plastic shell on which there are indicators
on its front panel as shown below:

Status Description
SYSTEM:
System status indicator. It is constantly on when the power
supply is normal;
3G+:
Wireless Network Modem indicator. It flashes slowly under the
normal working conditions;
