After-sales Service Policies
Warranty period
We promise to provide a guarantee of return within 7 days, replacement within 15 days and
maintenance for free within 1 year since the date of purchase (on the invoice), if the product has
quality-related problems.
Warranty range
The guarantee of return, replacement and free maintenance are provided only for the product’s
quality problems.
The following circumstances are beyond the warranty range:
The product is used, repaired and stored against the user manual and is thus damaged; the
product is disassembled and repaired or the system software is modified without our
authorization, and thus the product is damaged or functions abnormally.
The product is hit, immersed in water or broken, or the printed circuit board is burnt.
The product is damaged due to force majeure.
Warranty method
The user may request maintenance by presenting valid invoice and “three-guarantees” voucher
which are issued by our contracted dealer.
