Functions
Dial Style
There are 4 watch faces. dial styles. On the current dial, press the screen and slide to select your favorite.
Pedometer
The watch will automatically record your daily activities. Click on the touch screen to view more detailed data.
Heart rate
Press the icon to enter the heart rate, and the watch will automatically monitor your heart rate, swipe to right to exit.
Sport
Press the function "Sport" to enter the multi-sport mode. fitness tracker have 14 sports modes: walking, running, run indoor, Hiking,
cycling, swimming, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, baseball, skipping and yoga. Choose one of them and do
some exercises. Fitness tracker will record your sport data. After completing the exercise, slide right to stop the exercise and save the
exercise data. If you have connected your Fitness tracker to the “APP” via Bluetooth, you can also view your sports data in the
application.
Sports details:
When you want to pause the exercise, slide the screen left or right to pause, or you can end the current exercise.
Note: If it takes too little time to practice, the data will not be saved.
