Trouble shooting
Error prompt Solution
Laser head is blocked or stuck
Collision sensor get stuck
Anti-fall sensor is blocked
Side brush is entangled
Right/left wheel is entangled
Roller brush is entangled
The robot is trapped
Low battery, please charge
The side brushes may be entangled with foreign objects. Please disassemble and clean the side brushes
The wheel may be entangled with foreign objects. Please clean the wheel and start the robot again.

The main unit may be stuck. Please remove the obstacles around the robot.
The power is insufficient. Please charge the robot before charging.
The wheel is suspended. Please move the robot to a new position and then start it.
