9. Common problems and maintenance
9.1 Q & A
9.1.1 Why does the model not stick to the platform?
(1) The release film is loose or damaged. Just tighten the fastening screw at the
bottom of the trough to loosen the release film would be fine. If the release film is
scratched, bulged, or has stains that cannot be removed, then the release film needs to
be replaced;
(2) The contact area between the bottom of the printed model and the release film is
too small. At this time, it is necessary to add a bottom raft when slicing;
(3) The exposure time of the bottom layer is not enough. Generally, the exposure time
of the bottom layer should be 8-12 times of the normal exposure time;
(4) The leveling is not adjusted properly. This situation will cause the print platform to
be high while the other is low or the first layer of printing is too high, so the resin
cannot be cured completely within the normal exposure time, resulting in the model
not sticking, and it needs to be re-leveled at this time;
(5) The cross-sectional area of the printed model is too large. After curing a layer with
a larger cross-sectional area, since the resin cannot reflow to the middle area in time,
there may be missing features in the middle part of the model. At this time, the lifting
distance should be increased when slicing;
(6) The LCD screen is damaged. The LCD screen is dark or not on, In this case, check the
circuit first. If it is confirmed that the LCD screen is broken, please replace the LCD
screen.
9.1.2 Why does the model have faults or cracks?

flat place;
