Problem Diagnosis/Remedy
Tablet does not turn on
when connected to AC
power.
The battery might be over-discharged, and started protection
mode. Please perform a reset.
Tablet does not turn on
when not connected to AC
power.
Battery power is too low to run device. Connect to AC power, and
then turn on your Tablet. (Charge the battery regularly to avoid
running out of battery power.)
Battery runs out of power
very quickly.
You may be using your Tablet in ways that drain the batteries
quickly. Note: Leaving Wireless turned on when not in use will
drain the battery much faster than if it is turned off.
Tablet automatically shuts
down.
Main battery is too low to run device. When a critically low-battery
condition is encountered, the Tablet initiates a safety shutdown.
Connect to AC power and charge the battery.
Or the tablet is locked up. Connect the Tablet to external power,
and perform a reset.
Tablet locks up when
running applications.
Program memory is low. For detailed instructions on making more
program memory available. Or The Tablet is locked up. Connect
the Tablet to external power, and perform a reset.
Tablet runs very slowly. Check whether you have opened too many applications, and close
other running applications.
