0: multi-step frequency i i=1~7 is defined by F2.30~F2.44.
1: frequency is determined by function code F0.00

bit: run direction selection
0: forward run
1: reverse run
2: determined by run command (FWD,REV)

bit: accelerating decelerating time selection
(1) If run time of PLC segment is set to 0this segment is ineffective.
(2) can make PLC process a pause, ineffective, work etc. through terminalfor detail
please refer to terminal correlative function parameter group F5.
