4.3.4 Save as
Function description: Save the current whiteboard file as another
whiteboard file.
Operation mode: Same as ”4.1.3Save”.
4.3.5 Insert
Function description: Insert an image to the whiteboard file.
Operation mode: Click "Insert" button in the menu panel to bring up file
management. Focus on picture classification and click the selected picture to
insert the picture into the white board.
4.3.6 Scan
Function description: Generate webpage link QR code. Allow users to
scan the QR code and take away the whiteboard content (picture format).
Operation mode: Click "Scan" button in the menu panel and the QR code
pops up. You can choose to encrypt the content. After click "Encrypt" button, a
four-digit password will be generated randomly. Click the QR code to enlarge.
