1.本产品保修期为一年免费维保，终身成本维护。
2. 自购买机器之日起一年内，在正常使用情况下（由本公司授权的技术人 员
判断），对损坏或发生故障的保修部件免费修理和更换。
3.在保修期内曾经由我单位维修中心以外的维修人员修理或者更换过
的
部件，或安装不当，输入不正确的电压，使用不当，意外事件或自然
灾害
等原因引起故障的产品不属于免费保修范围。 4.在接受保修服务前，
请同时出示您的保修卡和购买凭证来证明机器的
购买日期。如无法确认购买日期的，本单位有权不予保修。
保修方式： 当您的机器出现不正常现象或无法使用的情况时，请首先
致电我公司售 后服务部门，由我公司专业技术人员判断故障原因，并给
出处理意见。由 于多数客户处于异地，故此本公司提供一下三种保修方
式： 1.若为部分零件损坏可由本公司售后人员邮寄新的零件至贵司，并
由本
公司专业技术人员指导更换和安装，不可私自拆机或者找他人维修，
否则后果自行承担；
2. 若更换零件后还是无法正常使用时可将产品邮寄回本公司或送至离贵 司
最近的本公司指定经销商处由专业技术人员检测和维修；
3.或可申请本公司当地技术人员至贵司进行检测和维修，具体联系供应
商。

Warranty method: When your machine is abnormal or unusable,
please call our after-sales service department first, and the
professional technicians of our company will judge the cause of the
malfunction and give advice. Since most customers are in different
places, the company provides three kinds of warranty methods: 1. If
some parts are damaged, the company's after-sales personnel can
mail new parts to your company.
The company's professional and technical personnel guide the
replacement and installation, can not disassemble the machine or find
someone else to repair, otherwise the consequences will bear;
2. If the product cannot be used normally after replacing the parts, the
product can be mailed back to the company or sent to the nearest
dealer of the company nearest to your company for testing and
maintenance by professional technicians;
3. You can apply for local technical personnel of the company to your
company for testing and maintenance, and contact the supplier.

2.需要对其进行通风散热，切勿将机器放在散热器、热源或其它任何可
能影响正常通风的设备附近。因为机器长期使用的同时产生的热量 非常
多。否则容易对机器零部件产生损坏。有时候导致漏电对人群产生 巨大
威胁。 3.以免高压触电或其它危险，切勿对机器进行自行拆卸或修理。
应请专 业的维修人员来完成所有的维修工作。 4.清洁本机屏幕前，切勿
在通电的时候清理屏幕。请先拔掉电源线，确 保机器处于断电状态下，
用干净柔软不带线头的布轻轻的擦拭，切勿 在屏幕上直接使用喷雾剂。
5.机器也经不起大起大落的电压折腾，稳定的电压对产品的使用寿命 有
着非常重要的意义。建议使用稳定的市电，切不可和电梯等大功率 设备
共同使用一个电源。如在电压经常不稳定的地方如：地铁站等， 请务必
使用相应的稳压设备进行稳压，否则易造成机器不稳定工作， 甚至会烧
毁机器，造成不必要的巨大损失。 6.所以 SD 卡对于机器也是一个非常
核心的部分，对于很多单机版的机 器很多都是使用 CF 卡来读取内容。
所以不要在开机状态下挺拔
CF 卡， 应在关机后进行操作。 7.清洗时，
请运用柔软的干布擦洗设备外壳，禁止向多媒体机器设备喷 洒液体，避
免破坏设备。 8.开关机时间控制在 10 秒以上，防止反复电击损伤元件。
9.切勿对多媒体机器进行自行拆开或修补，避免高压触电或其它风险，
应请专业的保护人员来完结一切的维修作业。
