Q1: How old does my pet have to be before using Traning Collar?
A1: Your pet should be able to recognize basic obedience commands
such as “Sit” or ”Stay” This product may be too large for
pets under 10 pounds.
Q2: Why the remote control and the receiver can not be charged?
A2: Please use the charger configured for the product. It is prohibited to use mobile phone chargers
to charge the product.
Q3: Why does the training collar not work?
A3: Hello, please adjust the appropriate level of Vibration, Static Shock and Beep based on
your dog's characteristics such as character, type, age, weight, and so on.
Q4: Which part of the dog's body can put the catch?

Q5: When you close the remote control, why does the training collar still work?
A5: Hello, the remote can not close the training collar, it does not work like your TV remote.
Please close the training collar via receiver power button.
Q6: Why does the training collar not flash red light during charging?
