6.Why is the picture quality not clear?
The picture frame will be compressed according to the pixels.
7.What should I do if it crashes?
If you encounter such a situation, unplug the power and wait 10 minutes then re-plug it to see whether it will be
turned on. If not, please contact support@skyzoo.net in time.
8.How many photos can I store?
Since Frame compresses photos, the photos you send will be compressed to a small size, so the frame can hold
about 20,000 to 30,000 photos.
9.Is the memory of the photo frame available for purchase?
The photo frame memory is fixed and cannot be purchased.
