You can see the button unit on the back of the scale and press it to
change the unit. kg/lb unit is available.
—Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
—Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
—Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from
that to which the receiver is connected.
—Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Gently step onto the scale in an upright standing position.Your scale will firstly
measure your weight and will blink three times before displaying percentage and
your heart rate.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT:
In the event that the scale batteries need to be replaced (display shows “Lo”),remove
the b
attery cover.Replace the old batteries with 3 new AAA alkaline batteries. Clean
the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation. Ensure
the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity,and the supply terminals
are not to be short-circuited,then replace the battery cover. Remove used
batteries promptly. Dispose of the old batteries as per legal regulations. Do not
attempt to open the scale or to remove any components. Servicing should be done
by qualified technicians only.
