Q: Why does the product sometimes trigger in a noisy environment,
but the dog doesn't bark?
A: Although we have optimized the bark stop detection to the best, some
ambient noises have a frequency and intensity similar to barking, which
will trigger the product. Please increase the decibel value in the APP.

Q: Can I use this product when other dogs are playing?
A: Dogs bark and get excited while playing, for your pet's comfort and
safety, we do not recommend using this product in this environment.

Q: Will this product stop my dog's howling?
A: After many times of training, the dog will have a conditioned reflex to
the dog trainer, which will play a certain role.

Q: Can I charge this product with any type of charger?
A: No, it is recommended that you use a charger with an output voltage
of 5V to charge this product, because a charger with an output voltage of
9V, 12V or higher may cause damage to the product.
