Answering System Operation
A. If you do not know the Instruction Code, press “*” button immediately. The
Answering System will announce the Instruction Codes. Otherwise, if a
command is not received by the Answering System within 10 seconds, it
will automatically hang up.
The following is the Remote Instruction Code Help Menu:
Instruction Codes
To playback Message press “2.”
To repeat Message press “1.”
To skip message press “3.”
To stop press “8.”
To playback announcement press “5.”
To turn answering machine ON or OFF press “6.”
To erase message press “9.”
To record MEMO or announcement press “0.”
(To record a message press “2”, to record announcement press “5”)
(Press “1” for MAILBOX 1, press “2” for MAILBOX 2, press “3” for MAIL
BOX 3, and press “4” for MAILBOX 4. Otherwise, if you did not press the
desired MAILBOX # location within 2~3 seconds, the answering system
willautomatically hang up.)
To change mailbox press “#.”
B. Press the corresponding number of the Instruction Code you wish to
activate. You don’t have to listen to the entire Instruction Code Help Menu
before giving a command. You may enter the desired Instruction Code
Number at any given time.
