BASE UNIT Controls
5. ERASE BUTTON: Press to erase messages.
6. OUTGOING MESSAGES Button: Press and hold to record OGM messages.
7. SKIP Button: Press to skip messages.
8. MB-1 Button: Press to activate functions for mailbox 1
9. MB-2 Button: Press to activate functions for mailbox 2
10. HOUR Button: Press to set the hour during time setting, or press to set the seconds
digit of the access code during coding setting.
11. CHARGE TERMINALS: For charging the HANDSET BATTERY PACK. For best
performance, clean the Charge Terminals periodically with a damp cloth.
12. MINUTE Button: Press to set minute during time setting, or press to set the third digit of
the access code during code setting.
13. CODE Button: Press to set the 3-digit Remote Access Code for remote operation.

18. LED MESSAGE DISPLAY: Indicates the number of memos/messages received, statusof

19. BASE UNIT ANTENNA:
20. PLAY Button: Press to play messages.
21. STOP Button: Press to stop playing messages.
22. REPEAT Button: Press to repeat messages.
23. ANSWER FUNCTION: Press to activate or deactivate the answer function.
24. MB-4 Button: Press to activate function for mailbox 4.
25. MEMO Button: Press and hold down to record memo messages.
26. MB-3 Button: Press to activate function for mailbox 3.
27. DAY Button: Press to set the day during time setting, or press to set the first digit of the
access code during code setting.
28. SET Button: Press to set/check the day and time.
29. PAGE Button: Press to PAGE the Handset. Press again to stop.
