Q：How long will it take to train my dog well?

Q：The dog training collar doesn't work, or the dog doesn't respond after it is put on the dog's neck. How can I
troubleshoot the problem?
A：
1. Please check whether the devices are with battery.
2. Please check whether the function levels have been adjusted.
3. Please check whether the receiver is turned on.
4. Please check whether you have accidentally pressed the remote transmitter signal channel button.
5. Reconnect the signal between remote transmitter and receiver.
6. Take off the receiver and check whether the three functions are okay.
7. Make sure the receiver is in correct position and the collar strap isn't worn too loosely.
8. Please trim the dog's excessively long hair, or use longer contact points.
