The brightness of the surface when measured at 10 degrees angle o incidence shall be no greater than 0.25%
without bonding to panel.
After bonding to panel, at an angle of incidence of between 8 and 15 degrees, the display screen reflectance
shall be no greater than 1.0% with white light source
