Why bracelet has to be worn tightly during heart rate measurement?
Bracelet works on the principle of emitting light through the skin and collecting
reflected light on the signal sensor to calculate heart rate. If bracelet is not
worn tightly, there will be ambient light entering the sensor which will affect the
measurement accuracy.
