your carpet can help you complete the information should you

Proration Schedule
If your carpet does not perform according to the warranty,
Shaw will offer credit equal to the cost of the carpet material
only in accordance with the following schedule:
1st Year ...... 100% 6th Year .......90%
2nd Year ...... 100% 7th Year .......80%
3rd Year ...... 100% 8th Year .......70%
4th Year ...... 100% 9th Year .......60%
5th Year ...... 100% 10th Year ......50%
