DESCRIPTION
USG Durock™ Brand Advanced Skim Coat Floor Patch
is a trowelable calcium aluminate cement floor patch
and skim coat with an innovative formulation that oers
a significant yield advantage over most competitive
products. Simply mix with water and apply with a
trowel-no need for priming or a latex additive for most
applications. USG Durock™Advanced Skim Coat may
be ready for floor covering in as little as 15 minutes
after application.
APPROVED SUBSTRATES
Concrete, gypsum, metal and wood subfloors and
most interior floors, including ceramic and quarry tile,
terrazzo, wood and interior concrete, as well as properly
prepared residues of cutback and other non-water-soluble
adhesives on concrete and epoxy coatings.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
All subfloors must be structurally sound, solid and secure.
Subfloors must be clean and free of dirt, wax, grease or
any other contaminant that might prevent proper bonding
