SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS FAN.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INJURY:
- To use the fan, follow the descriptions in this manual.
- Never carry out any maintenance other than described in this manual.
- The fan is suitable for dry location only. Do not use it in outdoor or in wet area.
- The fan must be assembled securely before operating.
- Turn o all controls before unplugging.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use for extended period.
- Clean the outer part of the fan regularly with dry cloth.
- Do not use any cleaning agents, lubricants or any other chemicals for cleaning.
- Do not carry the base part of the fan. Always carry the square head part with both hands.
- Do not place or use the fan near the furnaces, fireplace or other sources of heat.
- Do not route cord under furniture or appliances.
- Arrange cord away from trac area and where it will not be tripped over.
- Do use common sense when using this fan and/or any electrical appliances.
- Do not cover the cord with throw rugs or similar coverings.
- Do not put anything into air inlet.
- Do not use the fan or handle the plug with wet hands.
- Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
- Do not use other adapters without authorization.
- Do not hang or mount fan on a wall or ceiling.
- Do not dismantle or modify the fan.
- This fan is not intended for use by young children or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction by a responsible person concerning use of the appliance to ensure that
they can use the appliance safely.
- Never insert fingers, pencils or any other object through the grill when the fan is running.
- Disconnect fan when moving from one location to another.
- Disconnect fan when removing grills for cleaning.
- Be sure fan is on a stable surface when operating to avoid overturning.
- DO NOT use fan in window. Rain may create an electrical hazard.
1. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electrical
shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. DO NOT attempt to defeat this safety
feature. DO NOT force the plug into the outlet.
2. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, DO NOT use this fan with any solid-state speed control devices.
3. Do not leave the fan running unattended.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
C.H.USA Licensed Manufacturer sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in
manufacture and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, except
as noted below.
C.H.USA Licensed Manufacturer warrants that it products will be free of defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does
not extend to Retailers.
To obtain warranty service on your C.H.USA Licensed Manufacturer product, first email or call the
return center to secure a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). Returns will not be accepted
without RMA. When authorized to proceed with the return, mail the product and your dated sales
receipt (as proof of purchase), postpaid, to the following address:

C.H.USA Licensed Manufacturer does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers,
the subsequent consumer purchase of the product from a Retailer or remote purchasers, to
obligate C.H.USA Licensed Manufacturer in any way beyond the terms set forth herein. This
warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any
unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper installation; unauthorized repairs or
modifications; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; dropped product;
malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer's recommended
maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions; lose of
use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any
other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of C.H.USA Licensed Manufacturer.
This warranty is eective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the
product is purchased. A product that requires modifications or adoption to enable it to operate in any
other country than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or
authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under this
warranty.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL THE BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. THERE
SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY
WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. C.H.USA Licensed Manufacturer
SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. IN NO
EVENT SHALL THIS WARRANTY REQUIRE MORE THAN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY
PART OR PARTS WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE
WARRANTY.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. IF REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIALS ARE NOT
AVAILABLE, C.H.USA Licensed Manufacturer RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE PRODUCT
SUBSTITUTIONS IN LIEU OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or
resealed products, including but not limited to sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or
sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall
immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced,
altered, or modified, without the prior express written consent of C.H.USA Licensed Manufacturer.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which may vary
from state to state. Because of individual regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions
may not apply to you.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the cable tie and unravel the power cord. Place the fan on a flat
surface and plug the power cable into an outlet.
The fan can be operated by using the manual control panel located at the
top of the fan (Fig. 1) or by using the remote control (Fig. 2).
POWER
To turn the tower fan on, press the ON/OFF button.
HEAT
Press and hold the HEAT button for 3 seconds. The fan will begin to emit hot
air. Press the HEAT button again to switch to cool air. Repeat if you would like
to switch to hot air.
TIMER/TIMER OFF
Press the TIMER button to set the fan timer. Continue to press the TIMER
button until the LED display shows the desired length of time. The fan has a
range of 1-8 hours. To cancel the timer, press the TIMER OFF button.
AIR FLOW
Press the “+” button to increase airflow. Press the “-” button to decrease air
ow.
SWING/OSCILLATE
Press the SWING button to choose the degree of oscillation on the fan. The
LED display will show you the following numbers to reference the degrees
the fan will turn.
“12” - 120°, “90” - 90°, “60” - 60°, “30” - 30°
To cancel oscillation, press the SWING button until the display reads “00.
Remote Control
Remote control functions are identical to the functions on the fan’s manual
control panel.
One CR2032 button cell battery is included in the remote control. For first
time use, remove the insulating safety strip from the battery compartment.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
1. Rotate the battery compartment door with your hand or with a
screwdriver in the direction indicated by the arrows.
2. Align the triangle mark with the square to remove the battery cap.
3. Install the CR2032 battery, paying close attention to polarities.
4. Fit the cap and rotate the battery compartment door counterclockwise to
align the two triangles to lock the battery compartment.
NOTE
The infrared receiver is located in the bottom of the LED display and at the
top of the fan. The remote control can also be used when it is attached to the
top of the fan. For best results, the remote should be pointed at the LED
display when pressing any button on the remote for the best signal
transmission. Do not place any objects that may obstruct the infrared signal
between the remote and the fan.
CLEANING
1. Be sure to unplug the power cord from the outlet before cleaning.
2. Plastic parts should be cleaned with mild soap and a damp cloth
or sponge. Do not submerge the unit to clean it. Thoroughly remove
soap film with clean water. (Fig. 7)
3. Be sure not to get water or other liquid inside the fan motor.
4. Dry all parts completely before reassembling and reconnecting to
a power source.
5. To clean the air filter, please use a soft brush or warm water. The air filter
grill can be washed in clear water and air-dried before it is reinstalled into
the fan. (Fig. 8)
6. To clean the air outlet, use a soft brush to clean the debris inside. (Fig. 9)
