POSSIBLE CAUSE AND SOLUTIONPROBLEM
TROUBLESHOOTING
The unit fails to
power on.
Unit is not plugged in.
Ensure unit fan speed setting is selected.
Unit is damaged or in need of repair. Cease usage and unplug.
Contact Consumer Service for assistance.
The outlet is worn or damaged. Try another outlet for AC
adapter or contact a qualified electrician.
The unit fails to
power on, no
indicator light
Battery power is low and may need to be recharged. Plug unit
into power source and wait 1 hour to check if indicator light is
functioning. If still no function, contact Consumer Service for
assistance.
Airflow is weak
or slow.
Ensure unit is set to highest setting for maximum air circulation.
Airflow is blocked. Remove obstruction.
Adjust direction of airflow towards the user.
Fan is bulging or
hot to the touch.
Lithium battery may be damaged. To avoid risk of fire or
explosion, cease use immediately and contact consumer
service. Make sure unit is unplugged and away from all power
sources.
