Plug the USB-C charging cable into the input port on

the charging base. Plug the other end of the cable

into the adapter and then plug the adapter into a wall

outlet. Place the massager

on the charging base.

The display on the back of the massager will flash a

red lightning bolt symbol while charging. When the

lightning bolt stops flashing, charging is complete

(charging takes approx. 5 hours). Charge completely

before use. Do not use the massager while it is

charging.

02 Select and plug the desired attachment into the front of the massager. Make sure the attachment is securely pressed in before beginning your massage. Power off the massager before changing attachments. Twist and pull to remove attachments. IMPORTANT: To use the Hot + Cold attachment, align the arrow on the attachment base with the logo on the massager. Push the attachment in and then twist it clockwise until locked in place.
