• Every time you press , the highlight moves up or down one line.
• Unread messages are displayed in bold font.
The message icons
The message icon at the left of each e-mail message indicates the respective
message status.
The message categories box
You can limit the displayed e-mail messages by using the message categories box.
You can select a filter from “All”, “Unread”, and “Read”.
1. Open the Index screen.
2. Select the Inbox folder by pressing .
3. Tap the message categories box.
The category list appears.
4. Tap the desired category command.
The e-mail messages are now limited according to the chosen category.

Read
Read (with attachment)
Message has been replied
Message has been forwarded
