Insert a cassette into the camcorder.
Hold down the Lock button and set the
Power switch to CAMERA.
• The picture from the lens now displays.

3 Press the REC START/STOP button to
begin recording.

To pause recording
Press the REC START/STOP button again.
Zooming
Push the Power Zoom contro to T (i) (tele-
photo) or W (2) (wide angle) side.

1 Hold down the Lock button
and set the Power switch to
VCR.
Lock button
Press < (or >) on the Operation button
to rewind (or fast forward) the tape to the
desired point.
Press A to begin playback.
To stop playback
Press ,/.
Volume Control
Push tile Volume control to tile ÷ or side to
increase ('1) or decrease (_:) the volume.
