Card Playback
Available mode: CARD-VCR
It is possible to play back and view still images
recorded on a card on the LCD monitor.
Operations during full-screen display
• Touch [H] or [J] to display the full-screen
picture of the previous or next image.
• To return to a thumbnail of the images,
touch any point on the LCD screen to display
the [1/2] screen, and then touch [MULTI
SCRN].
1 Open the LCD monitor and adjust the
angle.
2 Set the Media Selection
switch to CARD.

3 Hold down the Lock button and set the
POWER switch to VCR.
• The camcorder turns on in CARD-VCR
mode, and the images recorded on the
card are displayed in a thumbnail
format.
• If the image you want to play back does
not appear, touch [H] or [J] to scroll
through the thumbnail images.

4 Touch the desired image to select, and
then touch the image again to set.
• To set the image enclosed by the
selection frame, you only need to touch
the image once.
• The selected image is displayed in full-
screen.
Caution:
• In cases where image data created on a
computer or recorded on a different camcorder
is played back on that equipment and the data is
corrupted (the image has video noise or is
erratic), do not play back that image data on this
camcorder. Doing so can sometimes cause
abnormal screen display (vertical lines and so
on). If this happens, turn off the camcorder
power and remove the card.
