2.SelectPoweroffdisplay.
Sleepmode
Whenthecomputerenterssleepmode,thefollowingeventsoccurinadditiontowhatoccursinscreen
blankmode:
•TheLCDispoweredoff.
•Theharddiskdriveispoweredoff.
•Themicroprocessorstops.
Toentersleepmode,doasfollows:
1.ClickStart.
2.ClickthetrianglemarkontherightsideoftheShutdownicon;thenselectSleep.
Toreturnfromsleepmode,presstheFnkey.
Hibernationmode
Byusingthismode,youcanturnoffyourcomputercompletelywithoutsavinglesorexitingfromany
applicationsthatarerunning.Whenyouenterhibernation,allopenapplications,folders,andlesaresaved
totheharddisk,andthenthecomputerturnsoff.
Toenterhibernationmode,doasfollows:
1.ClickStart.
2.ClickthetrianglemarkontherightsideoftheShutdownicon;thenselectHibernate.
Toreturnfromhibernationmode,pressthepowerbuttonformorethan4seconds.
