EXCLUSIVE-OR gate truth table:
6.4.16274xx90 (Decade Counter)
The 7490 counts from 0 to 9 in binary. It contains four master-slave flip-flops and additional
gating to provide a divide-by-two counter and a three-stage binary counter for which the
count cycle length is divide-by-five.
