sure it clicks into

Loading paper
You can load up to 50 sheets of A4-size,
60 - 80 g/m
2
paper in the paper tray (at
room temperature).
1. Fan the paper, and
then tap the edge
against a flat surface
to even the stack
(make sure the stack
edges are even).
2. Insert the stack of paper into the tray,
PRINT SIDE DOWN

GENTLY LOAD THE PAPER IN THE
PAPER TRAY.

DO NOT FORCE THE PAPER DOWN
INTO THE FEED SLOT.
Entering your name and fax
number
1. Press once and 3 times.
2. Press twice.
3. Enter your fax number by pressing the
number keys (max. 20 digits).
• To insert a space between digits, press

Setting the date and time

4. Enter two digits for the day (01 to 31).
5. Enter two digits for the month (01 to 12).
6. Enter four digits for the year (Ex: 2003)
7. Enter two digits for the hour (00 to 23)
and two digits for the minute (00 to 59).
