Setting the Date and Time
1 Press these keys:
The date and time appear in
the display and reports, and
are printed at the top of every
page you fax.

Note: The imaging film and printing
paper must be loaded before the date
and time can be set.

DATE & TIME SET
2 Press the START/MEMORY key.
START/MEMORY
• The currently set date will appear
in the display.
3 Enter a two-digit number for the day
("01" to "31").
Example: January

•
To correct a mistake, press the
SPEED DIAL key to move the
cursor back to the mistake, and
then enter the correct number.
The display will show:
4 Enter a two-digit number for the
month ("01" for January, "02" for
February, "12" for December, etc.).
